① Consider the quality of PCB. If the quality is not good, it will also seriously affect the soldering results. Therefore, the selection of PCB before reflow soldering is very important. At least the quality must be good;
②The surface of the welding layer is not clean. If it is not clean, the welding will be incomplete, the welding may fall off, or the welding may be uneven, so make sure the welding layer is clean before welding;
③The component or pad is incomplete. When one of them is incomplete, the reflow soldering work cannot be completed. Because if one of them is missing, then the welding will not work, or the welding will not be strong;
④ Another thing to note is the thickness of the coating. I believe that more experienced technicians will understand that when the thickness of the coating is not enough, it will lead to poor welding, which will also affect the reflow soldering;
⑤ There are impurities on the welding. This is a matter of materials, impure materials. It is generally known that when the material is impure, welding will fail or be weak, and it will still be easy to break later.
