1. Check the insulation performance of the reflow oven.

When the pipeline is working, the shell is used to judge the temperature. If you feel hot when you touch it with your hands or you dare not touch it, it means that the insulation performance of the furnace is poor and the energy consumption is large. Normally, the human hand feels a little hot (about 50 degrees Celsius).
2. Type of heater: Heaters can be divided into infrared lamps and adaptive lamp heaters.
(1) Tubular heater: It has the advantages of high working temperature, short radiation wavelength and fast heat response. However, due to the generation of light during heating, it has different reflection effects on welding components of different colors. At the same time, it does not It is suitable for matching with forced hot air.
(2) Plate heater: The thermal response is slow and the efficiency is slightly low. However, due to the large thermal inertia, the perforation is conducive to the heating of hot air. It is less sensitive to the color of the welded components and has a smaller shadow effect. In addition, currently sold In reflow ovens, the heaters are almost all aluminum plate or stainless steel heaters.
3. The heat transfer system of reflow soldering must have 4 to 5 heating zones.
Good reflow soldering has at least a heater in the preheating zone, and can independently control the temperature to ensure that the temperature can be quickly transmitted to the soldering temperature in three ways: conduction, convection, and radiation.
